This is a very well-appointed independent restaurant and bar situated close to Royal Parade and numerous bus routes. No real ale is available. It is a 19th century former police and city treasury building and is Grade-II listed. Open from 1000 for breakfasts, with main meals available until 2100 on Thurs, Fri and Sat evenings (1900 Tue, Wed).
