Irish themed pub featuring live music and is situated close to the Magistrates' Court. The pub stands on the oldest inn site in Plymouth, where the Abbey Hotel was built after the demolition of the Turk’s Head in 1861. This pub only as one pump and when on, it's Dartmoor's Jail Ale or another local Devon/Cornwall ale.It was the first Irish-themed pub in the city (1994). The pub tends to attract younger drinkers.
