Planning application reference number 12/00135/FUL, dated Fri 27 Jan 2012, proposed "Demolition of public house and erection of a terrace of 4 no. 3 storey dwellings and associated parking forecourt". Granted conditionally 23/03/2012. Several further applications were submitted after the pub had been demolished.
