A further planning application ref no 13/00384/FUL, dated Mon 04 Mar 2013, proposed Re-develop site by erection of 14 new dwellings with associated access, parking and refuse storage (demolition of existing building), was granted conditionally on Friday 14 June 2013. The pub was demolished shortly afterwards, and new build housing erected on the site.
