Campaign for Real Ale

Rame Peninsula Cornish Beer and Buses 2024

Saturday 29 June 2024 11:00

A selection of historic buses will be operating a network of services across the Rame Peninsula on Saturday 29th June 2024 between 1100 and 2100, starting and finishing at the Torpoint Ferry on the Torpoint side. The service is being provided by classic buses from the 1960s through to the 2000s. The 2024 details will be updated nearer the time.

While all buses are free, a souvenir programme will be on offer for a small sum from the bus drivers (about £5.00) and at the St John Inn, which will give you details of the timetables, pubs you can visit on route, and vehicles you can use to reach them.

The 2023 event was split into five routes and provided a roughly hourly service – Red, Blue, Orange, Yellow and Green. The bus route maps and timetables were contained on pages 4, 5, 6 and 7. Further details from 2023 (last year) may be found Rame Peninsular Beer And Buses 2023

If you wish to visit the Rame Peninsula, please make your own way to the Torpoint side of the ferry for the time you wish to begin your journey.
