The White Thorn, Shaugh Prior, is having a Spring Beer Festival from 15th - 17th March. The Volunteer, Yealmpton, is under new management. The Yard Arm, The Hoe, has been renamed The Pub on the Hoe. The Butchers Arms, Stonehouse, was bought at auction - currently uncertain whether it will reopen as a pub. Subsequent news: Following its purchase by St Austell Brewery, the Cornish Arms, Tavistock, is closing for renovation for approx four months from 13th January 2013.
